List Estimates/Jobs - Overview

In this document we will provide an overview of the List Estimates/Jobs screen. The List Estimates/Jobs screen will appear when you first login or when you select List Estimates/Jobs on the main menu.

The Estimates/Jobs list can be configured within the list manager and different list configurations can be saved for easy access. The initial configured lists that are part of a preloaded system can be renamed, edited and deleted. Also all the list views are user definable and can be made private, or shared with other users. (See List Manager - Create/Edit/Delete) for more information

The orders list is interactive with many different filtering, searching and grouping options.

Estimates

Active
Not converted to a Order/Job
Pending
Waiting for more information.
Canceled
That have been cancelled.
Edit Estimates
Edit due date, add, edit materials, production processes.
Copy Estimates
To the same, or another organization, a new estimate number will be created.
Download Estimates
Download, to save, print, or select link to estimate to accept or reject the estimate manually.
Delete Estimates
Remove estimate data.

 

Job/Orders, Production, Currently Active

Download
Job Ticket, summary ticket, job details ticket and pick list.
Time Tracking
Update job status, and record production process times.
Copy Job to a New Order
Create a new job from an existing job (Repeat order and all pricing and informaiton).
Edit Order
Add new job, add payment, create request or add shipping
Edit Job
Edit name, product engine and/or pricing.
Manage Job
Edit due date, add/edit materials, add/edit production processes, add files, manage history.
Canceled
Orders that have been Canceled.
Completed
Orders that Have been Completed.
Billing
Orders that are currently in billing.

 

Jobs > List Estimates / Jobs
  1. Active list view drop-down Select the list view you would like to view
  2. From Date Enter a from date (Search by date range)
  3. To Date Enter a to date (Search by date range)
  4. Enter Search Terms You can enter alphanumeric search data to sort within any of the column headers.
  5. Export to Excel Export the current list to Excel
  6. Quick Filtering These quick filtering options can be adjusted per list view in the list manager.
  7. Grouping by Column Click and drag a column header to this area in order to group the list by the column type.
  8. Column Headers Each column header can sort ascending or descending by clicking on the header name.

Orders & Jobs Action Menu

  • Edit Job Edit name, product engine and/or pricing.
  • Manage Job Edit due date, add/edit materials, add/edit production processes, add files, manage history.
  • Copy Job Create a new job from an existing job (Repeat order).
  • Edit Order Add new job, add payment, create request or add shipping
  • Time Tracking Update job status, and record production process times.
  • Download Job Ticket, Order Summary Ticket, Job Summary Ticket and Pick List.

 

Estimates Action Menu

  • Delete Estimates Remove estimate data.
  • Copy Estimates To the same, or another organization, a new estimate number will be created.
  • Edit Estimates Edit due date, add, edit materials, production processes.
  • Estimate View estimate to accept or reject manually.
  • Download Estimates Download, to save, print, or select link to estimate to accept or reject the estimate manually.
