Download-Print-Save Job Tickets

In this document we will cover how to download and print job tickets.

There are 4 different types of Job Tickets:

  • Job Ticket
  • Order Summary Ticket
  • Job Summary Ticket
  • Pick List

Each job ticket has similar information but are arranged in different layouts.

The Job Ticket contains all relative information for a specific job.

  • Order Number & Job Number
  • Name of the Job
  • Due Date/Sales Rep/CSR/who entered the job
  • Quantity of product
  • PO Number if available.
  • Contact information with Bill To and Ship To
  • Product Engine used with Options selected.
  • All Production Notes and Customer Job Notes
  • All assigned Resource Processes that are needed to complete the job. Sorted by Department and in the sort order that was set up in the Product Engine.
  • Any Materials needed to complete the job.
  • If available, any custom fields that are associated with the job.

The Job Summary Ticket contains all of the above information without the assigned Resource Processes.

The Order Summary Ticket contains all relative information for an order as a whole:

  • Order Number and number of items in order.
  • Order Details such as
    • Due Date
    • Bill To details for Customer
    • Order Total, Shipping, and Tax
  • Custom Fields related to Order, Person, and Organization if any are created.
  • Any Customer Order notes that are listed.
  • Each Job is listed separate
    • Name of Job with individual Price of Job
    • Product Engine used
    • Options selected
    • Shipping method
    • Ship to for Job
    • Production Notes and customer notes.

The Pick List Shows information related to the shipping of that order as a whole.

  • Order Number
  • Number of items in the order.
  • Customer information
  • Ship method with ship date and requested date
  • Shipping information
  • Option for user entered information.

 

Download the Job Ticket PDF from Manage Job Page

This will allow you to download, save, print and view the selected job ticket, you will also have the ability to add and edit materials and production items within the selected job

  1. Click the action menu for the Job you would like to view, download, save or print
  2. Click "Manage Job"
  3. Click Job Ticket button
  4. Depending on browser you will be prompted to save or view the Job Ticket PDF
 

 

Download the Job Ticket PDF from Orders View

From the List of Estimate/Jobs view a user has the ability to quickly select between any of the 4 job tickets they wish to view. This is done by clicking on the action menu of the job you wish to view.

  1. Click the action menu for the Job you would like to view, download, save or print
  2. Click "Download Job Ticket"
  3. Depending on browser you will be prompted to save or view the Job Ticket PDF
