Notes:

1-Illustrator AI files are supported only if the file can be interpreted as PDF (saved with “Create PDF compatible file" option).

2-Office documents are converted to PDF using Open Office or Libre Office. Some advanced functionalities (formatting) are not fully supported.

3-EPS Files
EPS files are supported in a limited fashion. Most EPS files will work, but it is best to test the individual file to determine if a file will work as the file format can be written from a variety of applications with a wide range of options and included information. In situations where it is important to preserve vector data, a PDF file will work as well as an EPS, and will probably be smaller in terms of the resulting filesize and will process better for output.

If you are getting size errors with EPS files, make sure that the "bounding box" in the file is using the artboard and not the art elements (how it saves by default). That means when the file is saved, you'll need to make sure to check "Use Artboards".
