Why do I get an error message that says "A problem occured... changes NOT saved." when I try to commit changes on my eDoc template?

This error message often happens when you have failed to assign any fonts or graphic files (that must be a part of the template fields) to the template. To fix this issue:

1)  Go to the Assets tab of the template.  
2)  Expand the "Fonts" & Graphic files section.  
3)  Select at least one font & Graphic File.
4)  Click the "Save font Options" button.
5)  Click the "Save Graphic Files" button.
6)  Go to the Field Setup tab.
7)  Click the "Commit Changes" button.
 
This error indicates that either the fonts/graphic files that must be linked with the Template Fields are not in sync hence both the buttons must be saved in order to fix this issue.
