Yes, adding a rating system to a B2C store can promote trust, influence SEO ranking, and provide you with valuable customer feedback.
There are a number of services (such as Shopper Approved) that can provide script code you add to the checkout page. After the customer places their order, a star rating survey will pop-up, enabling them to rate their experience (5 stars!) and even complete a survey if you like. The cumulative star rating results can be displayed in a widget on your home page.
There is an *undocumented* feature you can use to paste the code your star rating widget vendor provides into a script area in your Pressero store's admi.:
- In the Pressero Admin > Site > Settings > SEO/HTML tab, select the Checkout Conversion Analytics Script control.
- Paste the widget script code provided by your vendor. For example, the Shopper Approved script looks something like this (Note: this is sample code, the code you would use on your site needs to be specific for you)
