New Categories (or Products) Wont Save

Make sure all the required fields (*) are filled in.

  1. For Categories, make sure there isn't already a Category with the same name or URL. Check the Deleted Categories as well.

  2. For Products, make sure there isn't already a Products with the same name or URL. Check the Deleted Products as well.

  3. For Products, make sure you paired a Site Group and Pricing Engine in the Pricing tab. In the Group tab, make sure the Product has at least one Site Group assigned.
