There are three other options:
- Use the Automated Workflow Integrator (AWI) to push the order files into hot folders you have set up in your facility, or
- Use the API for XML Web Services to integrate the Orders area with your own or a 3rd party application, or
- You can submit a support ticket and ask us to setup an FTP directory so you can manage many files at a time through FTP instead.
The AWI option is great to get the files you need easily but does not delete them from the server. The FTP option is really helpful when you need to delete or download a large number of files at once. The API for XML Web Services is the most powerful way to integrate and automate the order retrieval process for those with programmer resources.
