What metadata is embedded in the eDocBuilder print-ready PDF production file?

What is metadata?

This is simply information about the file, such as its author, creation data, the application used to create the file, etc. You can view a PDF's metadata with Acrobat or Acrobat Reader by selecting ‘Document Properties’ in the File menu.

What metadata does eDocBuilder preserve or change?

The Author and Create Date metadata are preserved.
 
eDocBuilder makes the following metadata changes
  • Title: the template name
  • Subject: docid: {n} sessionid: {s} (n is an integer—the number of the template—and s is a GUID string identifying the session.)
  • Modified: time the production file was generated
  • PDF Producer: Aleyant Systems via ABCpdf
