Can I see a list of my past support tickets?

A support ticket submitted via email does not appear in the ticket history on the portal (the ticket look-up option), but it does appear in the emailed report.
 
From the portal, click on "Tickets". 
 
To ensure all your tickets are available for look-up, be sure to submit them through the portal using the "Ticket" link after logging in rather than emailing us directly.
