I have a site that has been setup and receiving CXML PunchOut orders, but I am now seeing errors on the punchouts. Why?

cXML PunchOut is a very complex integration, and it can be difficult to determine exactly what is happening without reviewing raw data on the process from the procurement system.
 
Please obtain copies of the raw cXML for both the request and response from the procurement system for an affected order. Then open a support ticket at support.aleyant.com, attach the cXML request and response data, and included the affected order number.
 
Doing that is the most effective way to get a determination from our integration programmers on why the punchouts are failing. Thank you!
