I have a site that has been setup and receiving CXML PunchOut orders, but I am now seeing errors on the punchouts. Why?

cXML PunchOut is a very complex integration, and it can be difficult to determine exactly what is happening without having our programmers review the text of the raw payload data on the transactions from the procurement system.
Please obtain copies of the raw cXML text payloads for both the Request and Response from the procurement system for the relevant punchout transaction, and then open a support ticket at support.aleyant.com, attach the cXML request and response data, and included the affected punchase order number(s) from the procurement system.
Doing that is the most effective way to get a determination as quickly as possible from our integration programmers on why the punchouts are failing. Please do not send images of the payload data, if we have to retype values from within the payload, it may lead to errors and more time in reviewing your report.
