Question: Is there a way to change the Customer details like Organization or Person post the Job is submitted?
Answer: Yes, you can modify and change the Customer details: Organization and Person.
You can also copy this job to a New Order by going to Job Number > Click on Settings Gear Icon > Copy Job to New Order, this will allow you to copy this job details to the new order with the exact same details and this also allows you to modify the organization name/person name.
Though this will be treated as New Job altogether you do not have to redo things from scratch and you can mark the initial one as canceled in order to avoid duplicate jobs issue.
Please Note: If an Order contains multiple items in it and if you attempt to copy the job to new order it will only copy the associated job, not each line item.
