Question: How password expiry works. What messaging/instruction does the customer see post expiry. Does it spawn an email?
Answer: Currently, there are no email notifications on the site available for the password expiration.
But, once the user’s password is expired then the system would bring the user with expired password directly to their profile, with a message stating that their current password is expired, and they MUST change their password.
Also, no action can be taken in the system if the user does not change the password.
Pressero checks the last password date change, if in site settings define a number of days and current password created more than this X days then Pressero will redirect the user to the settings page on login and will ask to change the password and the user will not be able to use the site until the password is changed.
