Question: What is the difference between production files and support files?
Answer: If using the Amazon S3 server you can attach files to Estimates and Jobs in PJM. You will see two areas to add files, Upload Production Files and Upload Support Files:
The Upload Production Files area is for print files only. The Upload Support Files area is for any other files related to the job that are not print files. Examples of Support Files are mailing address data base, purchase order from client or photos.
If using the integration with tFlow, only files marked as Production Files will transfer to tFlow to create a job.
