Enter personal and login information about yourself, the main Administrator of the Pressero system, in the My Profile area. You will have the opportunity to add additional employees to your administrative area in Preferences > Admin Users. When they log into the system with their own username and password, they will be able to manage their settings in the My Profile area as well.
First Name – (Required Field) Enter your first name as you want it to appear throughout the system and to the customer in their order history and to your company in the order detail reports.
Last Name – (Required Field) Enter your last name as you want it to appear throughout the system and to the customer in their order history and to your company in the order detail reports.
Email – (Required Field) Enter your email address. This is the email address a notification will be sent to when the system notifies you of orders, uploads, etc. This will also be used as the email address to log in to the administrative area (http://admin.pressero.com) if you choose not to create a username in the next section below. The "@" character is required to be considered a valid email address.
Time Zone – Enter your time zone so time stamps throughout the administrative area are reflected correctly for you.
Username – Enter a username here if you would prefer to log in to the admin area (http://admin.chi.v6.pressero.com) with a username instead of your email address. The "@" character cannot be used in a Username.
New Password – The password for the main administrative contact was already set up for you. We highly suggest that person changes the password as soon as you begin working in the system. All new users will be set up in the Admin Users section in Preferences and the email address will be assigned there. To change your password, enter a new password here. To make changes to your personal or login information without changing your password, leave this field blank. It will never show the password here, and Aleyant staff is not able to tell you what this is. You do not need to complete these fields if you are editing other areas of your personal information.
Confirm New Password – Enter in new password again for confirmation. To make changes to your personal or login information without changing your password, leave this field blank.
Click "Save" when you are finished.
