UPS Ground not recording shipments on their site

Question: When we make a test order, we're not seeing the shipment on UPS.com?
 
Answer: The integration that we have with shipping service providers is only to fetch the charges from the shipping provider. The shipping integration does not do any other thing. We do not send data to UPS, we do not create shipments with UPS. Currently, it is not possible to send the data to UPS with the current integration that we have with the shipping service provider.
 
Note: If you need shipping information to be sent out to UPS, then we can do some custom programming through our professional services. The professional services will be an add on and chargeable.  Please submit a support ticket at our support portal for Professional Services if you would like the data to be sent to UPS through custom programming.
