To integrate New Zealand Post with Pressero, you will first need to have an account with them, so that they can give you the User ID and User Secret (for domestic parcels), or the User ID, User Secret and Account Number (for International parcels), that Pressero needs for integration.
Go to Admin > Preferences > Shipping > Carrier Accounts and scroll to New Zealand Post - Domestic Parcels or New Zealand Post - International Parcels and enter the values as appropriate and click "Save."
