Question: How can I add the Custom Profile Fields in my email notifications?
Adding Custom Profile Fields to the email notifications is very easy, if you have created the custom profile fields already. Please follow these steps to know how to create, activate and add the field to Email Notification:
Step 1. Creating the Profile Custom Fields
Preferences > Custom Profile Fields
Step 2. Adding and making ACTIVE the created fields for your site
Site > Site name > User management > Profile fields
Please Note: The selected options will be displayed on your site (registration process).
Step 3. Go to Email Notifications and select the "New User Approved" notification and edit it.
Step 4. In the VARIABLES section, scroll to the bottom of the list, and there you will see all the options for the Custom Profile Fields that you have added to your store.
Once you are done, do not forget to Save Changes.
