Question: What identifiers does PJM use to be able to match site users/customers from Pressero when both softwares are integrated?
Answer: When we have the two systems integrated we tie the site URL in Pressero to an Organization in PrintJobManager.
So the Organization already exists in both systems and we have tied the one Organization in PrintJobManager to the one storefront site you have set up for them in Pressero.
When a user places an order at that site the order flows to PrintJobManager. If the user who placed the order does not exist in PrintJobManager as a Person (contact) the system will create a new Person in PrintJobManager that is tied to that Organization.
The users name and email are the identifiers that is what PrintJobManager is looking for to see if they exist or not. So if those items change then you will get a new Person in PrintJobManager.
