Answer: You can certainly have the production processes instructions to reflect on the Job tickets.
Currently when you create an option component in the product engine with multiple option items each option item could be linked to a production step for the quantity calculation.
While you define a process you will also see the additional instructions section that will allow you to have additional notes for this production step.
Path: PJM admin>Settings>Product Engine>Edit Product Engine>Edit the appropriate Option Component>Select the Option Item>Production>Instructions
This is where you put the notes in the instructions and it will get reflected on the Job ticket once the order is placed as mentioned below.
