Question: Why I am seeing "Grid Failed to Load Data" error and empty list in PrintJobManager dashboard ?
Answer: This happens sometime due to the browser cache issue and you would need to probably clear browser cache and log out and log back in to see the expected results.
In order to resolve this you can follow these steps :
ii) Or on windows machine you can just use Ctrl + Shift + R to clear browser cache and on MAC you can use Shift + cmd + del.
iii) If you are not able to see the changes after you have taken above steps, then try log off and login again to see the list.
Once you follow the above steps you will not see the error and will also be able to see the list with the Jobs/Estimate data.
