Question: When a client updates status in PrintJobManager, it updates in Pressero. Does Pressero send out email messaging based on that status change?
Answer: If you place an order, let's say ABC-1 in Pressero that also gets passed to PrintJobManager as XYZ-1 as Order Received, and both are successfully integrated matching the custom workflow in Pressero & custom status in PJM, then:
i) If you change the status of the Job XYZ-1 to Production or Completed or Canceled in PJM then it will also update the status in Pressero.
ii) If the Order Status Change email does have recipients added under Pressero Admin> Site > Site Name > Email Notification > Order Status Change > Edit and customise > if you would like email to get triggered for any status change then make sure the recipients are added here (on the right hand side)
iii) If point number (ii) is enabled and set then Yes the Order Status email be triggered even if you update the status for the Pressero Order in Print Job Manager.
Important Note: This only applies if an order is placed in Pressero that flows to PJM not from PJM to Pressero(as orders only flow from Pressero to PJM)
