Why Isn't the Generate button available when I open the order's Files tab?

Question:
Why Isn't the synchronize button available when I open the order's Files tab?
 
Solution:
Check to make sure that the order has been approved first. When you have an active approval plan, the order can still receive changes from the approver before they approve.
Once the approver approves the order, or the order is approved in Admin, then the Synchronize button will become available in the Order's Files tab area.
