How to setup incoming email server and Office 365

The incoming email server configuration is required to allow the system to provide the possibility to Approve or Reject a job via email notification replies.

If you have an account on Office 365 then please setup tFlow this way:

Enter the full email address in the user name field.

Note: please reserve this mailbox to exclusive use of tFlow, do not use this mailbox to deliver any regular email.
