Can I see logged information about crashes happening in InDesign when using the eDocBuilder plugin?

On a Windows machine, the root C:\ of your computer should contain a logs folder with two files: SENT.log and RECD.log. On a Macintosh, the folder should be ~/library/logs, and please let our support department know which version of your operating system you are running if you cannot find the log files.
 
The log files tend to get very large, so it is a good idea to locate them, delete them, and then make the crash happen again from InDesign. That will remake the log files with fresh information that can be provided to our support department when trying to resolve any issues that you are having.
