1.2.0 Configuring the Dashboard

tFLOW
tFLOW: The Dashboard

There is no limit to how many widgets can added to the dashboard. Each widget can be configured, resized, and moved to individual user preferences.

How to configure your personal dashboard in tFLOW:

  1. The tFLOW Dashboard provides customizable* widgets to monitor activity in tFLOW.
 * tFLOW Preflight: Dashboard displays four (4) non-configurable job widgets.
(Awaiting Approval, Approved, Waiting for Artwork, and On Hold)

From the top right, select add widget button, and select a type of widget:

  1. Jobs widget: Filter jobs by Company, Creator, Assigned Users, and Job States by Date Range.
  2. Disk Space Usage widget: Monitor disk space used.
  3. Uploaded Files widget: Filter files uploaded by Company and User or specified Time Period.
  4. Activity widget: Filter file activity by Company and User or specified Time Period.
  5. Capacity widget: Monitor production throughput based on shop capacity.

Widget Actions:

If the widget is showing only one job STATE (i.e., Approved Jobs or Waiting for Artwork) there will be only a graphic representing that state in the widget. If more than one STATE is being monitored by the widget, the results will display an interactive pie chart.

  1. Hover the mouse over any section of a pie chart to show the percentage of jobs in that state. Click the section of the pie chart and a new browser window opens to the jobs screen showing only the jobs represented by the filters that creates that wedge.

  1. Hover the mouse over the top right corner of any widget to edit the settings of the widget.
  2. Hover the mouse over the top right corner of any widget to close the widget and remove it from the dashboard.
