Departments, Materials and Production Resources Must be setup Before Creating/Adding Production Processes in PrintJobManager.

In this document, we will cover how Create/Edit/Copy/Delete, Production Resources and Production Processes in PrintJobManger.
There is no limit to how many Production Resources you can have, as well as no limit to how many Production Processes you may have within a Production Resource. Product Resources and Production Processes are a vital component when building a product engine, so it is important to make sure that you do some pre-planning before building Production Processes and their respective Production Resources, the naming conventions you use can make searching for Product Resources very quick and easy. In the pre-implementation email that was sent to you there is a document called "PrintJobManager Equipment and Labor Worksheet" that you may use if needed. For those of you that already have equipment and labor production data, please review the document to become familiar with the data that PrintJobManager will require when creating Production Resources and Production Processes

There are Preloaded Production Resources and Production Processes in your PrintJobManager application, you can Add/Edit/Copy/Delete these. Please take a look at how they were Configured to give you some ideas when setting up your Production Resources and Production Processes

Production Resources: Are user defined Equipment and Manual Labor functions. (See Sample below)
Production Processes: Are the user defined processes/Configurations within a Production Resource that represent the various production characteristics that the function is capable of.  (See Samples below)
