Orders are not being Displayed

Here are two possible reasons you may not be seeing the orders display in the list: 

  1. Make sure the correct Start and End Dates are being used. Perhaps the Order is newer or older than the current setting.
  2. If you have assigned any workflow for your products, make sure all the stages have the stage meaning. If you miss to set even a single stage meaning, the order being will not be visible. The settings for workflow are under Admin>Preferences>Workflows
