If you are using AWI with Pressero, we recommend you create an Admin User account in your Pressero admin area, and set it aside for the exclusive use of the Automatic Workflow Integrator. Perhaps something like "email@example.com", or "firstname.lastname@example.org", or "email@example.com" with a username of "PresseroWorkflow".
It is important to make sure that this user belongs to an Admin Group that gives them permissions to work with orders on the site. Your account may be already configured with a group called Orders and that group should have permissions for 'Can view and edit orders - Allowed' and 'Can view site orders - Allowed', but those permissions could also be enabled on a group that you created. When you create the user, check the Admin Group Membership tab for that user and enable Orders or any group that was created with these permissions.
