You can customize the instructions that will display for the visitor or your buyer throughout your sites. Depending on what type of site you are working on, a different number of pages will be available. To create custom instructions, go to Admin > Sites > [Select Site] > Settings > Instructions tab.

Customers see the Pending Payment page when they click the “Cancel” button or their credit card is declined. The blue box at the top of the page contains instructions for the customer. The default text for the instructions is as follows (if text box is left blank):
